Why does the water in the auxiliary kettle overflow?

2022-05-10

The reason why the water in the auxiliary kettle overflows:

1. After the engine temperature is too high, the coolant overflows from the cover of the rehydration tank due to excessive pressure;
2. The water temperature is too high, and it is cooled by natural wind and fan during driving, and the fan stops working after parking and turning off;
3. The water tank and water pipes are blocked, and the water tank cover and the water tank cover connected to the engine are leaking. The function of the auxiliary kettle is: when the engine temperature is high, the liquid expands, and part of the antifreeze flows into the auxiliary water tank through the water tank cover. When the temperature drops and the cooling system pressure becomes negative, the system sucks the antifreeze of the auxiliary kettle into the cooling system through the water tank cover. There is a corresponding scale on the kettle, indicating the level of the liquid level, and you can visualize the current water volume of the water tank.
